Welcome to the HLAA Boulder Chapter Community

Connecting people with hearing loss, their families and supporters across Boulder County through education, advocacy, resources and community.

About the HLAA Boulder Chapter

HLAA Boulder brings together the hearing loss community through monthly meetings and social gatherings that are free and open to everyone. Whether you have hearing loss or simply want to learn more and support the community, you are welcome to attend. Meetings feature a variety of Hearing Assistive Technology (HAT), including a professionally installed hearing loop, assistive listening devices, and live CART or automated speech-recognition captioning to help ensure accessible communication for all.

HLAA Boulder is also a voice for people with hearing loss, working at the local and state levels to promote communication access, public awareness, effective public policy, research, and improved services. Through information, education, support, and advocacy, the chapter works to make the community more accessible and inclusive for people with hearing loss.
